How far is Saarland from Stadtbredimus?
From our head office in Stadtbredimus, driving time is about 35 minutes to Merzig, 40 minutes to Saarlouis and Dillingen, 50 minutes to Völklingen and 65 minutes to Saarbrücken. On-site appointments can therefore be arranged at short notice.

Do you work to our standards?
Yes. We adopt your block libraries, naming conventions and HMI templates and deliver program sections that fit into your project. Where no standards exist, we propose a structure and document it.
Can you replace old S5 or S7-300 controllers?
Yes, it is our most frequent assignment. We migrate S5 and S7-300/400 to S7-1500 or S7-1200 G2 in TIA Portal and replace WinCC flexible and Comfort panels with WinCC Unified. The program is rebuilt in FBD and LAD so that your maintenance team can read it themselves when a fault occurs. Control cabinet and wiring can often stay in place.
What if neither an offline project nor symbols exist any more?
Then we reconstruct the program from the running PLC: symbols, comments and a description of the current state, for S5 and S7 Classic. If the circuit diagram is missing too, we work from scanned drawings. The result can go straight into a migration to TIA Portal.
